Let's get Hacking! This weekend Hackademics is proud to be hosting a Sheridan based Hackathon, Hackville. We're focusing on you! The hackers, to help and come up with innovative sloutions to some of today's biggest problems brought forward by the United Nations. Together we will work to come up with new ideas and make some money along the way. 

We'll be running workshops, small events and have mentors to help you develop new ideas. We hope you are excited as we are and get the most out of Hackville!

Prize Details (IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ)

Prizes provided by Hackville are subject to have a maximum value of $750 per participant. This money can only be award to Canadian citizens, permanent residents or persons granted refugee status in Canada between the ages of 15 and 30. Therefore, if you are an international student and taking part in this hackathon, you will not be eligible for the prizes above. We do have backup prizes of Amazon Echos and $25 amazon gift cards that are given throughtout the event. We aplogize for the inconvence.

Luckly, our sponsors don't have any restrictions. Therefore, if you are an international student and taking part in this hackathon, we recommend you attempt our sponsors challenges and learn something new along the way.

Please make sure to review the rules of the event and if anything is unclear, post your question in the discord where our team will your answer. 

Requirements

Submissions must include the following information:

  1. A video presentation that shows your sloution and the application you made
  2. The presentation that you used inside of your video
  3. A link to the Github repository that you used for this project
  4. A link to the Adobe XD or Figma prototype that you used for this project
  5. A link a deploy website with your submission

And if you think we missed anything, please put extra details inside of the text box to let us know. We want to make sure that your submission is as perfect as it can be!
